Privacy

The short version

We collect as little as possible. This website uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics, and the SaveVault application is local-first with no telemetry — it does not phone home about what you back up.

What this website collects

• Analytics: aggregate, cookieless usage stats (page views, referrers) with no personal identifiers and no cross-site tracking.
• Contact form: the name, email, and message you submit are emailed to our support inbox (via Resend) solely so we can reply. We don't sell it or use it for marketing.
• Server logs: our host (Cloudflare) processes standard request logs to serve and protect the site.

Payments

We never see or store your card details. Steam purchases are handled by Valve; direct purchases by our Merchant of Record. Their privacy policies cover payment data.

The SaveVault application

• Local-first: your games, saves, and backups stay on your machine. No usage telemetry is collected.
• Update checks contact our update server or GitHub only to compare version numbers.
• Cloud backup is optional and goes to your own provider account (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.). That data never passes through us — only you and your chosen provider hold it.
